Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A copper anti seize to the faces of the washer and to the threads of the bolts.    
1     8     162-6466 Bolt     Torque to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).    
2     20     200-6554 Bellows As     Install bellows assemblies with the flow direction, as shown in the Illustration 1.    
Allowable offset for the bellows assemblies from the center of the casting inner diameter is
1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
3     4     7L-6443 High Temperature Bolt     Torque to
50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).    
4     46     360-0798 Bolt     Use the following procedure in order to tighten the clamps:
1. Tighten the clamp bolts to
25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).
2. Lightly tap around the clamps.
2. Again, tighten the clamp bolts to
25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).    
5     4     9X-2068 High Temperature Bolt     Torque to
50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).    
6     80     9L-7373 High Temperature Bolt     Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts:
1. Tighten the bolts to
55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
2. Again, tighten the bolts to
55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
