Xycom mounting bracket (1x)
1/4 self-tapping screws (3x)
32 x 1/2 #8 screws (6x)
#8 flat washers (6x)
#8 kepnuts (self-locking) (6x)
Items needed for installation:
Drill
3/16th drill bit
Ratchet set with 3/8th & 7/16th sockets and a 7? extension.
Flat head screwdriver (7 level preferred)
Phillips head screwdriver
Screw starter (highly recommended for tight spots)
Wire cutters

1. Remove the 24 VDC source power first and then all other connected cables.

2. Remove the 4 mounting screws located on both sides.

3. Mark the mounting holes and drill 3 holes using the 3/16 drill bit. After drilling, verify mounting hole alignment is correct. If alignment is satisfactory, screw in the 1/4 self-tapping screws to tap the holes.

4. Prior to installing the mounting bracket, secure the Xycom onto bracket using the six #8 screws, flat washers, and kepnuts.

5. Remove the control power fuse for the touchscreen and the touchscreen processor. Verify the proper fuse using the ISO switchgear wire drawings.

6. Remove the control wires from the Beckhoff?s 24VDC power plug using the 7 level flat head screwdriver.

7. Insert the control wires:
If a ground was used on the Beckhoff power plug, insert it here. Refer to arrow in Image 1.9.1

8. Mount the bracket to the switchgear subpanel with the Xycom securely mounted.

9. Once the bracket is securely mounted onto the switchgear subpanel, connect all wires.
