Install hose assembly (15) into the remaining port on the quick coupler. Refer to Illustration 10.
Install union (45) into the other end of hose assembly (15) .
Secure both hose assemblies. Use clamp (9), plate (2), and bolt (47). Make sure that there is enough clearance for the hoses when the coupler is in a full curl position.

Route hose assemblies (13) and (25) to the base of the boom.
Install yellow bands (5) on hose (27) .
Install red bands (4) on hose (26) .
Temporarily connect hose assembly (13) to hose assembly (26). Temporarily connect hose assembly (25) to hose assembly (27). Refer to Illustration 11 for the proper fittings.

Install the cable straps in order to secure hose assemblies (13) and (25) .
Temporarily route hose assemblies (26) and (27) along the stick and the boom. Refer to Illustration 12.
Mark hose assemblies (26) and (27) in order to cut to length.
Remove hose assemblies (26) and (27) from the host machine.
Cut hose assemblies (26) and (27) at the marks.
Attach coupling (28) to the hose with the red marker.
Attach coupling (29) to the hose with the yellow marker.
Permanently install hose assemblies (26) and (27) to the stick and to the boom.
Install the cable straps in order to secure the hose assemblies.Installation Procedure for the Electrical Components

Attach wiring harness (24) to valve group (20) .
Route the wire harness across the boom foot toward the RH mainframe then rearward. There is a ground strap (56) that is located halfway down the length of the harness. Attach ground strap (56) to the frame. Refer to Illustration 13.

Connect the harness to the existing wiring harness for the chassis that is located low on the RH mainframe.

Location for switch assembly
Remove the panel cover that is located on the right side of the seat.

Connect the cab wiring to the factory installed harness. The harness contains the two purple wires.Check The System
Purge the air from the hydraulic lines of the coupler. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System - Air Purge" for more information.
After the electrical system is connected and after the hydraulic system is connected, check the coupler for proper operation. Refer toOperation and Maintenance Manual, "Operation" for more information.
