Turn heater hose valves (1) to the OFF position.

Remove covers (2).

Disconnect harness assemblies (3). Disconnect hoses (4). Cut cable straps (5).

Disconnect harness assembly (6) and cut cable straps (7).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to bracket and tank assembly (8). The weight of bracket and tank assembly (8) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Remove the bolts and bracket and tank assembly (8).
Remove panel assembly (9).

Remove bolts (10). Remove duct assembly (11) and the gaskets.

Disconnect hose assemblies (12) and (13).
Disconnect tube assembly (14).
Cut cable strap (15) and disconnect harness assemblies (16).
Remove hose clips (17). Disconnect bracket assembly (18) and set aside.

Remove bracket assembly (19) and dryer assembly (20) as one unit.

Disconnect hoses (21) and harness assembly (22).

Disconnect harness assembly (23).
Remove bracket assembly (25), accumulator (24), and the hose assemblies as one unit.

Remove the bolts and slide conditioner assembly (26) outward approximately 203 mm (8.0 inch).
Attach one half of Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to conditioner assembly (26). The weight of conditioner assembly (26) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

Slide conditioner assembly (26) outward far enough to attach the remaining Tooling (B) and an additional suitable lifting device. Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove conditioner assembly (26) from the machine.

Disconnect harness assembly (27). Remove fir tree mount (28). Separate case (29) from case (30).

Disconnect harness assemblies (33). Cut cable strap (32). Remove the bolts and remove blower motor (31). Installation Procedure
Install blower motor (31) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
