Information:
"Implement Valve Solenoid Calibrations (Pressure - Based)"
Personal injury can result from hot oil spray.Make sure all attachments have been lowered, oil is cool and the pressure has been released from the hydraulic system before removing any components or lines.Be sure there is no pressure in the tubing before it is disconnected from the fitting.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

This calibration requires tool (A) in order to calibrate the initiation current for each of the implement circuits. Tool (A) is a pressure sensor that is connected to the outlet pressure port for the implement pump. The test checks the amperage that is required in order to produce pressure that is above the stand by pressure in the implement system. The test determines the initiation current that is needed in order to start the actuation of each of the individual circuits in the machine software. These calibration procedures are available for the following solenoids:
MP Bucket Solenoids (if equipped)
Ripper Solenoids (if equipped)

Follow the steps in Cat ET.Note: The option for "Implement Valve Solenoid Calibrations (Pressure- Based)" will only appear if tool (A) is hooked up properly before turning on Cat ET."Operator Control Calibrations (Implement)"
This calibration associates a duty cycle to a given lever position for the following components:
Single Lever Control
Dual Lever Control
Ripper Lever Control (if equipped)
MP Bucket Control (if equipped)"Linkage Sensor Claibration"
Sensor calibrations allow the ECM to determine the correct position of the appropriate cylinders. The sensor calibration will set the minimum and the maximum of the cylinder travel. To perform a sensor calibration, select the specific solenoid in the Cat ET screen and follow the displayed directions. Calibration procedures are available for the following cylinder positions:
