Data Logging screen
Establish communications with the machine controllers using Plus+1 Service Tool for Caterpillar. A recorded log can be saved and viewed for future reference by selecting the red recorder button (1). In the following examples, "Propel" (2) has been selected.
Illustration 3 g03400204Type in the name for the log file being created, for example "PROPEL DURING FAULT", then select "Save".The default location for the log files is – "C:\Documents\Sauer-Danfoss\PLUS1\GUIDE Service Tool\Log".

Illustration 5 g03400210In the above screen, the machine was propelled while the data is being recorded. The data being viewed with the service tool is being recorded. The recording will stop once any changes/selections are made in the service tool. However, "Run" and "Hold" buttons (4) can be selected in order to record at the desired times.An optional real-time graphing icon (5) can be selected for a graphical display of values.

The 'Export' button (9) is used to export the log file to a folder of your choice. Select the 'Back' button (10) to return back to the service tool menu screen.
