(2) Internal Micrometer
Measure the rocker arm shaft outside diameter with an external micrometer.
Measure the rocker arm inside diameter with an internal micrometer.
Calculate the oil clearance.
If the oil clearance is more than the allowable limit, replace the rocker arm and measure the oil clearance again.

Allowable limit 0.10 mm (0.0039 inch)
Outside diameter of rocker arm shaft (New) 13.973 mm (0.55012 inch) to 13.984 mm (0.55055 inch)
Inside diameter of rocker arm (New) 14.000 mm (0.55119 inch) to 14.018 mm (0.55188 inch)
Torque for rocker arm bracket bolt
Add engine oil to the threads and seats of the rocker arm bracket bolt 24 - 27 N m (17.7 - 19.9 lb ft)
If the oil clearance stays more than the allowable limit, replace the rocker arm shaft also.
