Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the drive shaft carrier. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft Carrier - Remove" in this manual.Note: Put identification marks on all parts of the drive shaft carrier for assembly purposes. Mark the front and the rear of the drive shaft carrier.

Remove bolt (1), washer (2) and washer (3) from both sides of the drive shaft carrier.

Remove washers (4) from both sides of the drive shaft carrier.

Remove flanges (5) from both sides of the drive shaft carrier.

Remove 12 bolts (6) and two flanges (7) from the carrier housing.

Remove lip type seal (8) from each flange (7) .

Use a press to push shaft (9) out of carrier housing (12), roller bearing (11) and bushing (10). Remove the bushing and the roller bearing from the carrier housing.

Use a press to push shaft (9) out of the other bushing (10) and roller bearing (11) .
