If the incorrect shoulder depth of 68.71 mm (2.705") is measured, call the Caterpillar Service Technology Group (CSTG) on one of the following toll free numbers: 800-542-8665 Outside Illinois800-541-8665 Inside Illinois800-523-8665 Canada5. A collar (3) and setscrew (4) will be provided free of charge. When assembled to the reamer shank, the collar will provide the correct shoulder depth dimension.6. Assemble the collar as shown in Illustration 2 and measure the new shoulder depth, dimension (B). If the dimension measures 60.30 mm (2.374"), assemble the reamer assembly. The tool is now ready to be used.
