ACTION REQUIRED
Replace the 251-8311 Hub and 6V-1820 Bolts with a 377-7239 Hub and 6V-5230 Bolts.
Replace the 6V-5553 Seal and the 8T-6763 Plug.
Insure the joint is dry between the hub and bearing, and between the bearing and the housing stop flange.
Apply Loctite 242 Removable Threadlocker to the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 60 +/-5 Nm.
Refer to Special Instruction REHS7042 "Procedure to Replace Pilot Hub and Bolts for PM-201 Cold Planer". Follow the procedure in the special instruction in order to meet the labor allowance.
The Crankshaft Rear Seal may be replaced during this repair. Refer to the Service Magazine article titled "A New Rear Crankshaft Seal Is Now Used on Certain Machine Engines" when replacing the crankshaft rear seal.
