Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the storage box and covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Storage Box and Covers (Cab) - Remove and Install".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove bolts (2) and cover (1) .

Loosen bolts (3) that are used to secure heating and air conditioning unit (6) .
Slide air conditioning unit (6) forward.
Disconnect harness assembly (5) .
Remove bolts (7) and blower motor (4) .Installation Procedure

Install blower motor (4) and bolts (7) .
Connect harness assembly (5) .
Slide air conditioning unit (6) into position.
Tighten bolts (3) in order to secure heating and air conditioning unit (6) .

Install cover (1) and bolts (2) .End By: Install the storage box and covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Storage Box and Covers (Cab) - Remove and Install".
