Use Tooling (C) in order to pull tilt lever (7) rearward so that the tilt link may be attached.

Install clips (17) .

Connect hose assembly (15) and install clip (16) .

Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to tilt link (9) . The weight of tilt link (9) is approximately 480 kg (1060 lb). Raise tilt link (9) into position.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear pin (14) of the tilt link. The weight of rear pin (14) of the tilt link is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Install rear pin (14) of the tilt link into the tilt lever.

Apply Tooling (H) to the inside and to the outside of collars (13) . Tooling (A) may be used as a handle in order to aid in the installation of collar (13) for each side of the rear pin. Install bolt (12) and nut (11) to the rear pin of the tilt link. Make sure that collars (13) are protruding from the pin equally on both sides. Remove Tooling (A) and install plugs (10) .
Tighten bolt (12) to a torque of 1800
