Carefully place the case assembly onto the 128-9726 Cab Heater Gp . Ensure the two Harness Assembly grommets (58) (One at each end of the case assembly) are positioned correctly. Ensure the Upper Body Door shaft (57) is positioned correctly.
Secure the case assembly with four bolts and washers retained during disassembly.

Complete the remaining harness connections to the following components:
Upper Body Actuator
Fresh Air Actuator
Water Valve Actuator

Secure the harness assembly to the Water Valve mounting bracket with the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (60). Refer to Illustration 63.
Push harness connectors through the operator platform.

Install the new wiring harness (41) with the harness into the LH console following the routing of the control panel harness that was removed. Connect the 12-pin connector on the Control Panel Harness to the 271-1593 Harness 12-pin connector on the left side of the Heater Gp. Refer to Illustration 23.
Install the new Control Panel (40) into the LH console.
Place the label over the existing label on the cover of the Heating or Conditioner Gp and fill in dealer code and date installed.The label should read as follows: The electrical component part numbers are installed on this Heater or Conditioner Gp are part list items in 271-1628 Conditioner Gp . The components of the Control Gp are part list items in 271-1594 Control . Refer to () Illustration 28.
Open the valves on the heater hoses.
Turn the main disconnect switch ON. This was done in Step 6.
Ensure that the actuators are functioning properly.Installing the Storage Box and the Covers (Cab)

Position box assembly (19) in order to install hose (21). Connect hose (21). Tighten hose clamp (20). Install box assembly (19) .

Install the washer and four bolts (9). Position bracket (14). Install the washers, the nuts, and two bolts (17). Install fresh air duct (13). Tighten two hose clamps (10) .
Feed wires harness (18) through the box assembly. Feed wire harness (12) through the box assembly. Install grommet (16). Connect relay (15) to wire harness (15). Install the washer and bolt (11) .

Install cover (8). Install plates and two screws (7) .

Install the filter and screen (6). Install two screws (5) .

Reposition cover (4). Install four screws (2). Connect two wires to the 12 V socket (3), if the socket exists. Close the storage box.

Place plate (24) into the proper position.
Install two bolts (22) and washers and install two bolts (23) and washers.
