Completed form for the warranty claimOnce these items have been received, the authorized representative will process the claim according to the "TRIANGLE OFF-THE-ROAD TIRES LIMITED WARRANTY FOR OVERSEAS OE MARKET".The authorized representative must store the faulty tire at a designated location for three months so that Triangle personnel can inspect the tire, if necessary.Note: If the authorized representative fails to provide warranty service, the claim can be filed directly with the Triangle International Marketing Service Division.Triangle International Marketing Service Division
