3. Loosen the head pulley support clamping bolts and the jam nuts on the adjusting bolts, then turn the adjusting bolts to pull the head pulley supports as far into the frame as possible.4. Remove the return idler mounting bolts and move the idler away. 5. Cut the belt off or lift the conveyor near the middle of one side with a forklift until the conveyor just is off the blocks. The fork must be between the frame and the lower run of the belt. Move the blocks, slide the belt off the conveyor, then lower the conveyor back onto the blocks.6. Clean all the conveyor components and check them for wear and damage. Replace components as necessary.7. Lift the conveyor again, move the blocks, slide the new belt onto the conveyor, then lower the conveyor onto the blocks.8. Adjust the belt tension, then tighten the head pulley support clamping bolts and the jam nuts on the adjusting bolts.9. Check the cover and flashing, repair or replace components as necessary, then install the cover on the conveyor.10. Install the conveyor on the machine (see page 3.0-14).Replacing
