Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Drain the hydraulic oil Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove bolts (1) and handle assembly (2). Remove bolts (4) and reposition valve assembly (3).

Disconnect harness assemblies (5). Remove bolts (7) and repostion fuel water separator and fuel priming pump (6).

Disconnect hose assemblies (8), (9), (10), and (11).

Disconnect hose assembly (14). Disconnect harness (15).

Remove bolts (18). Remove bolts (16) and plate assembly (17). Remove bolts (20) and plate assembly (19).

Remove bolts (21). Use two people to remove plate assembly (22).

Remove bolts (26) and reposition tube assembly (27). Remove sheet assemblies (23), (24), and (25).

Remove sheet assembly (25).
Drain the pump coupling oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Pump Coupling Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove mount bolt (28) from right rear engine mount (29). Remove bolts (30) and engine mount (29). Engine mount (29) is removed in order to gain access to one of bolts (27).
Attach Tooling (A) to the main hydraulic pump (26). The weight of main hydraulic pump (26) is approximately 320 kg (710 lb). Remove bolts (27) and main hydraulic pump (26). Installation Procedure
Install main hydraulic pump (26) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (16), (18), (20), and (21).
Tighten engine mount bolt (28) to the following torque 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
Purge the air from the hydraulic system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, UENR2945-01, "Main Hydraulic Pump Air - Purge" for the correct procedure for purging the hydraulic system. Note: If main hydraulic pump was disassembled, the swashplate will need calibrated. Refer to Test and Adjust Manual, "Swashplate - Calibrate" for the proper pump calibration procedure.
