Under Operator Platform, Center of Machine (1) Oil cooler bypass manifoldOil cooler bypass manifold (1) is located on the left side of the machine. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. The combined return oil from the connected hydraulic systems is sent out port "TC" of oil cooler bypass manifold (1), to the oil cooler. In this case, the oil is cooled and returned to the manifold at port "FC". Cooled oil is directed out port "T" of the manifold to the combined suction and return filter.Oil cooler bypass manifold (1) is equipped with a 105 kPa (15 psi) cooler bypass check valve. When the pressure differential across the oil cooler is greater than the value of the cooler bypass check valve, the valve opens and oil is sent to the combined suction and return filter. Oil cooler bypass manifold (1) receives return oil from the following hydraulic components:
Fan motor port "A"
Right feeder pump case drain port "B"
Left feeder pump case drain port "C"
Left conveyor motor case drain port "D"
Manual brake valve port "E"
Left propel motor case drain port "F"
