Valve Manifold (Oil Cooler Bypass)

Under Operator Platform, Center of Machine (1) Oil cooler bypass manifoldOil cooler bypass manifold (1) is located on the left side of the machine. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. The combined return oil from the connected hydraulic systems is sent out port "TC" of oil cooler bypass manifold (1), to the oil cooler. In this case, the oil is cooled and returned to the manifold at port "FC". Cooled oil is directed out port "T" of the manifold to the combined suction and return filter.Oil cooler bypass manifold (1) is equipped with a 105 kPa (15 psi) cooler bypass check valve. When the pressure differential across the oil cooler is greater than the value of the cooler bypass check valve, the valve opens and oil is sent to the combined suction and return filter. Oil cooler bypass manifold (1) receives return oil from the following hydraulic components:
Fan motor port "A"
Right feeder pump case drain port "B"
Left feeder pump case drain port "C"
Left conveyor motor case drain port "D"
Manual brake valve port "E"
Left propel motor case drain port "F"
Rear return manifold port "J"Valve Manifold (Front Return)

Pump Compartment (2) Front return manifoldFront return manifold (2) is located on the lower left side of the pump compartment. The left hopper door provides access to this component. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. Port "A" of the front return manifold is direct to the return filter. Front return manifold (2) receives return oil from the following hydraulic components:
Tamper return port "B"
Tamper and vibrator motor case drain port "C"
Steering priority valve port "E"
Front wheel assist circuit port "G"
Port "T1" of the main auxiliary manifold port "H"
Tow point and hopper valves port "H"Valve Manifold (Rear Return)

Left Side of Machine (3) Rear return manifoldRear return manifold (3) is located under the operator platform to the rear of the engine. The deck plates provide access to this component. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. Port "A" of the rear return manifold is connected to port "J" of the oil cooler bypass manifold. Rear return manifold (3) receives return oil from the following hydraulic components:
Screed vibrator port "B"
Right auger motor case drain port "C"
Right conveyor motor case drain port "D"
Left auger motor case drain port "E"
Right propel motor case drain port "F"
