Use Tooling (B) and a suitable press to install bushings (15) into body assembly (14) with the bushing joints located at Dimension (X) to a depth of 03.50 0.25 mm (0.138 0.0099 inch) below the gear surface. Note: If, after three attempts, the bushing inside diameters do not measure 31.814 0.042 mm (1.253 0.002 inch), replace body assembly (14).

Install dowels (10) into body assembly (13) to a depth of 5.00 0.50 mm (0.1968 0.01968 inch), Dimension (X).

Install the O-ring seal, body assembly (13), and woodruff key (12).

Install gears (11).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable press to install bushings (9) into pump manifold (8) to a depth of 1.50 0.25 mm (0.059 0.010 inch) below the machined surface of pump manifold (6). The joint surfaces must be toward the Outlet Port. Note: If, after three attempts, the bushing inside diameters do not measure 31.814 0.042 mm (1.253 0.002 inch), replace pump manifold (8).
