3. Remove bracket (1), swing cylinder out and remove rod-end pin (nut and bolt).4. Remove head-end pin (nut and bolt) and remove cylinder.Install Steering Follow-Up Sender Cylinder
1. Connect bracket-to-rod-end of cylinder.2. Position cylinder on machine and install pin in head-end.3. Install bracket on steering link.4. Connect hydraulic lines. Turn the machine full right to full left several times to remove air from system.
Machine may move suddenly until all air bleeds out of follow-up circuit.
Remove Steering Follow-Up Receiver Cylinder
1. Drain hydraulic tank-capacity 25 U.S. Gal. (99 liters).2. Identify and disconnect hydraulic lines from cylinder. 3. Remove head-end pin (nut and bolt) (2).4. Remove rod-end pin (nut and bolt) (1) and remove cylinder.Install Steering Follow-Up Receiver Cylinder
1. Place cylinder on machine and install head and rod-end pins.2. Connect hydraulic lines.3. Fill hydraulic tank to specified level. Turn machine full right and to full left several times to remove air from system.
Machine may move suddenly until all air bleeds out of follow-up circuit.
