Information:
The following instruction is a procedure that is used in order to calibrate the AC Voltages for the Series 1200 UPS.
Personal injury or death can result from high voltage. When power generation equipment must be in operation to make tests and/or adjustments, high voltage and current are present.Improper test equipment can fail and present a high voltage shock hazard to its user.Use electrical safety gloves when you are working in the cabinets.Make sure the testing equipment is designed for and correctly operated for high voltage and current tests being made.
If possible, place the UPS in the Maintenance Bypass Mode. Otherwise, ensure the UPS is in Bypass mode. This calibration should be performed with no load on the UPS, but is OK to have a load on the Maintenance Bypass circuit.
Table 1
Parameter     Nominal Target     Percent of Deviation
Input, Filter, Output, Pre-Transformer Ph-Ph voltages     480/400 V     0.5%
Output Ph-N Voltages     277/230 V     0.5%    Perform the following steps in order to calibrate the AC voltages.
Connect a PC with the UPS View software to the UPS. Refer to Systems Operation, Test and Adjust, REHS7654, "Personal Computer to UPS Connection".
Start up the UPS View software.
Place the UPS in Bypass mode. Refer to Systems Operation, Test and Adjust, REHS7654, "Transfer to Bypass Mode".
Open the right door of the Input/Output cabinet.

Log onto UPS View with a service level password.
Illustration 2 g01299051
Note: 4-Wire menu options only appear in 4-Wire systems.
Open the "Calibrate" drop-down menu in UPS View.
Select "AC Voltages" from the "Calibrate" drop-down menu. The UPS goes into calibration mode. K3 and K4 close and the "Calibration of Channel" dialog which is shown in illustration 3 appears.
Illustration 3 g01298872
Click the "View Status" button in the "Calibration of Channel" dialog. The "Calibration Status" dialog which is shown in illustration 4 appears.
Illustration 4 g01298865
Note: The "Calibration Status" dialog contains a brief summary of tasks which need to be completed in order to calibrate the AC voltages correctly.
Click the "Use Defaults" button in the "Calibration of Channel" dialog. The UPS does not use a minimum calibration for AC voltages. The maximum calibration value for the selected parameter is shown.

Use a multimeter in order to measure the voltage on the indicated buses for the selected parameters. Refer to illustration 5 for the locations of the bus bars.Note: In illustration 3 the calibration parameter is set to "Pre-xformer Out VAC Volts AB". The voltage measurement for this parameter would be made at the top of K5 (5) from phase A (4) to phase B (3) .
Enter the value that is indicated by the multimeter into the "Enter Calibration Point" field.
Click the "OK" button.
Select another calibration parameter from the drop-down menu in the "Calibration
