Make sure the machine is on level ground before removing the parking brakes.
1. Remove adapter (1). 2. Fasten a hoist to parking brake housing (2). Remove six bolts (3) and parking brake (2). The weight of the parking brake is approximately 50 Kg (110 lb.). Remove the o-ring seal from the parking brake housing. 3. Remove plate (4). The following steps are for the installation of the parking brakes. 4. Lubricate and install o-ring seal (5). Position plate (4) on the parking brake. Do not tighten bolts (3) until adapter (1) is in alignment with the brake discs and the final drive shaft.5. Using a hoist, install the parking brake and start six bolts (3).6. Install adapter (1) on the final drive shaft to align the discs of the brake assembly.7.
