2. Remove bolt (3) from the filter base. Remove three bolts (2) that hold oil breather (1) to the cylinder block. Remove the oil breather. 3. Loosen clamp (5).4. Remove four bolts (6) that hold the filter base to the oil cooler.5. Remove bolt (4) that holds the elbow to the cylinder block, and the pipe on the opposite end of the oil cooler to the cylinder block.6. Remove the elbow, oil cooler and pipe as a unit. 7. Remove pipe (7) and elbow (8) from oil cooler (9).Install Engine Oil Cooler
1. Install pipe (1) and elbow (3) on engine oil cooler (2).2. Put the pipe, oil cooler and elbow in position on the engine and install the bolts that hold the elbow to the block. 3. Install the bolt that holds the pipe to the block. 4. Install four bolts (6) that hold the filter base to the oil cooler.5. Tighten the clamp that holds the pipe to the hose.6. Install oil breather (4). Install the three bolts that hold it in place. Be sure to fasten the oil dip stick tube to the correct bolt.7. Install the bolt that holds oil breather tube (5) in place.8. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
