At operating temperature the implement hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns.To prevent possible injury, release the pressure in the implement hydraulic system before hydraulic lines or components are disconnected or removed.
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Cap all lines, all hoses, and all tubes and plug all lines, all hoses, and all tubes. This will help to prevent fluid loss and this will help to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Remove four bolts (2) .

Attach Tooling (A) to panel (1), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Use the hoist in order to remove panel (1) .

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to upper grate (3), as shown.
Remove six bolts (4) .
Use the hoist in order to remove upper grate (3). The weight of upper grate (3) is 60 kg (135 lb).

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to lower grate (5) .
Remove six bolts (6) .
Use the hoist in order to remove lower grate (5). The weight of lower grate (5) is 36 kg (80 lb).

Remove eight bolts (7) and upper fan guard (8) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (9) and (10) .
Remove hose clamp (11) .
Place hose assemblies (9) and (10) aside.

Attach Tooling (A) to the upper fan support.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .

Remove eight bolts (12) .
Remove eight bolts (13) .
Use the hoist in order to remove the fan assembly. The weight of the fan assembly is 250 kg (550 lb).

Place the fan assembly on suitable wood blocks, as shown.
Remove bolt (14) and remove washer (15) .

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to the fan assembly.
Remove fan assembly (16). The weight of the fan assembly is 75 kg (165 lb).

Invert the fan drive assembly onto suitable wood blocks, as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to fan drive motor (17).
Remove four bolts (18) .
Use the hoist in order to remove fan drive motor (17). The weight of fan drive motor (17) is 64 kg (140 lb).
Do not damage the radiator core during removal or installation of the fan group.
