Install Tooling (D) into the end track shoe.
Put Tooling (D) onto the sprocket segment.
Start the machine. Move the sprocket forward until the track is pulled up on the sprocket and the end of the track is forward of a vertical line through the center of the sprocket. Remove Tooling (D).

Install Tool (C) between the end track shoe and the bushing. Move the sprocket forward slowly. Use Tool (C) as a guide to put the track in position over the carrier roller and over the front idler.

Install Tooling (D) into both end track shoes and connect the hook and the chain together.
Position the ends of the master link so that it can be pulled under the track roller frame without being damaged.
Start the machine. Move the sprocket forward until the master link is just below a horizontal line through the center of the sprocket.

Put Tool (B) under the end track shoe at the lower end of the track. Move the sprocket backward until the two links can be structured. Remove Tooling (D).

Apply Tooling (E) to the threads, to the body, and to the washer face of the bolts (6) for the master link. Put master shoe (7) in position on the master links. Install bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 340 70 N m (251 52 lb ft). Then, tighten 180 5 degrees.End By:
Adjust the tracks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tracks - Adjust".
