Ensure that the generator is not running.
Disconnect the battery.
Isolate the package from all the back feed sources.

Turn off the circuit breaker.
Press button "A" to discharge spring, as indicated by window "B".
Press button "C" to open contacts, as indicated by window "D".

Removing the breaker panel cover bolts.
Remove the breaker panel cover.

(4) Non-conductive breaker mount
Locate the space on top left side of the non-conductive breaker mount (4).
On top of non-conductive breaker mount (4), use mounting rail (3) to mark the mounting holes for the mounting rail.
Drill two 7 mm (0.276 inch) holes for the mounting bolts.

Secure mounting rail (3) to the non-conductive breaker mount with two bolt (6), four washers (7), and two nuts (8).
Install converter (5) onto mounting rail (3).
Secure converter (5) to mounting rail (3) with the two 314-9101 End Brackets.Installing the Converter Wiring

(A) Small screwdriver
Locate the "F1-" and "F2+" wires connected to the UC3 terminal block on the left-hand side of breaker.
Disconnect the wires from the terminal blocks with a small screw driver. (Remove optional terminal covers if equipped to gain access to terminal blocks.)
Cut the 8T-7875 Electrical Wire into 2 piece 40.64 cm (16 inch) long.
Strip 8 mm (0.3 inch) of insulation off both ends of the supplied wire (16 AWG).Note: Marking the wires will ensure minimal mistakes.

Use a Philips screwdriver or cross screwdriver and insert the F1- wire previously disconnected from the breaker terminal block into the -Vin (Input 2).
Use a Philips screwdriver or cross screwdriver and insert the F2+ wire previously disconnected from the breaker terminal block into the +Vin (Input 3).
Install one end of the 40.64 cm (16 inch) wire previously fabricated into the output of "+Vout".
