3 2 348-7076 Front Adapter As After installation, bore of 348-7074 Bushing in the front adapter assembly is 75.035 mm (2.9541 inch).
Installation depth of the bushing is 3.6 0.5 mm (0.14 0.02 inch).
4 2 307-2402 Idler Gear As After installation, bore of 307-2403 Bushing in the idler gear assembly is 89.964 0.010 mm (3.5419 0.0004 inch).
Installation depth of the bushing is 2.3 0.5 mm (0.09 0.02 inch).
5 1 485-0316 Pump Adapter After installation, bore of 318-4810 Bushing in the pump adapter is 94.056 mm (3.7030 inch).
During assembly, flush the 8F-6575 Cup Plug with the pump adapter surface.
Before assembly, apply Loctite® 540 ™ adhesive/sealant to the cup plug.
7 1 348-7075 Oil Pump Adapter After installation, bore of 348-7074 Bushing in the oil pump adapter is 75.023 mm (2.9537 inch).
Installation depth of the bushing is 0.5 0.5 mm (0.02 0.02 inch).
9 4 259-4598 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate the bores with the lubricant that is being sealed.
10 2 277-6911 Idler Shaft Diameter is 89.880 0.020 mm (3.5386 0.0008 inch).
