Remove radiator cover.

Remove back-up alarm (3) and remove hose assemblies (4). Attach a suitable lifting device to fan and hydraulic motor assembly (2). The weight of fan and hydraulic motor assembly (2) is approximately 76 kg (168 lb). Remove bolts (1) and remove fan and hydraulic motor assembly (2).

Remove bolts (5) and nut (6) from fan (7).

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan (7). The weight of fan (7) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove fan (7) from hydraulic motor (8).

Use Tooling (A) to remove hub (9) from hydraulic motor (8).

Remove bolts (10) and remove motor (8).

Remove plates (11) and plate (12).

Install fan and hydraulic motor assembly (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to nut (6). Torque nut (6) to a torque of 340 40 N m (251 30 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (5).
