Removal Procedure

Open door assemblies (1).

Loosen clamp assemblies (3) and remove tube assembly (2). Repeat for the other side.

Disconnect harness assemblies (4).

Remove bolts (6) and pressure sensor assembly (5).

Remove bolts (9), bracket (8), pressure sensor (7), and the O-ring seals.

Remove DPF pressure sensor (10) and the O-ring seal.
Remove adaptors (11) from manifold (12).Installation Procedure
Install pressure sensor assembly (5) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Do not pre-tighten the sensor using the plastic portion of the sensor. Pre-tighten the sensor using the metal hex portion of the sensor. Damage can occur to the sensor if pre-tightened using the plastic portion of the sensor.
Tighten DPF pressure sensor (10) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
