Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Dirt and contaminants can damage precision components that are in pumps and motors. All disassembly and assembly procedures must be performed on a clean work surface. Clean all the interior components in clean solvent. Dry all the interior components with compressed air. Plug ports and plug hoses on the machine during repair.

Install seal (29) to housing (4).
Install seals (28) to housing (4).
Install seal (27) to housing (4).

Install housing (4) to rotor (5).
Install distributor (3) to housing (4).
Install bolts (26) to distributor (3).

Install collar (24) and pin (25) to distributor (3).
Install O-ring seals (23) and fittings (22) to collar (24).
Install O-ring seals (21) to distributor (3).

Install rotor (2) to distributor (3). Install pin (18), lockwasher (19), and nut (20) to distributor (3).

Install slip rings (14), O-ring seals (15), ring (16), and ring (17) to the inside of housing (1).

Install setscrew (13) and nut (12) to housing (1).
Install seal (11) to housing (1).
Install housing (1) to the rotor.

Install seal (10) and cover (9) to housing (1).
Install O-ring seals (7), rings (8), and bolts (6) to cover (9). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 25 3 N m (18 2 lb ft). End By:
Install the swivel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Swivel - Install ".
