Remove the cooling system package (radiator, aftercooler, oil cooler).

Remove bolts (1) and (3). Cut cable strap (4). Disconnect hose assembly (2).

Remove bolt (5) and bracket assembly (6).

Remove bolts (7), (9), and (10). Remove shroud assemblies (8) and (11).

Remove bolts (12) and the bracket assembly.

Remove bolts (13) and bracket assemblies (14) and (15) (not shown).

Remove bolts (16) and (18). Remove bracket assemblies (17) (not shown) and (19) (not shown).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooler assembly (20). The weight of cooler assembly (20) is approximately 88 kg (195 lb).

Remove bolts (21).

Remove bolts (22) and the washers. Lean cooler assembly (20) back and remove cooler assembly (20). Position cooler assembly (20) onto suitable cribbing.

Remove bolts (27) and plate assembly (28).
Use two people to remove oil cooler (25), The weight of oil cooler (25) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).
Remove aftercooler (26). The weight of aftercooler (26) is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).
Use two people to remove radiator (29). The weight of radiator (29) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
