Ensure that the Seal is oriented as per Illustration 46.Note: If the machine is not equipped with the integrated hydraulic cap door, cut seal (3a) to 835 mm (33 inch) and attach to the seal plate.Installing Left Side Panel
Raise the lift arms and engage the brace for the loader lift arm. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU9084, Brace for the Loader Lift Arms

Position cover assembly (33) over the plates (73) and (74) by aligning the existing mounting holes (B). Refer to Illustrations 48 and 49.
Mark the location of the other two holes to be drilled (A) on plate (74). Refer to 49.
Remove cover assembly (33) and drill two holes of 5.2 mm (0.20 inch) for bolts (36). Refer to 49.
Secure cover assembly (33) over the plates (73) and (74) using the six bolts (36). Torque bolts (36) to 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).

Install two screws (1) onto cover (25) with two retainers (45). Ensure the flat side of retainer (45) faces towards cover (25). Refer to Illustration 51.
Mount cover (25) onto cover assembly (33) and hand tighten screws (1) to secure the Cover (25). Refer to Illustration 51.Install Right Side Panel

Attach the edge trim (5) to plate (34). Refer to Illustration 53
Keeping the lift arm in raised position. Install cover assembly (34) by aligning the mounting holes on plate (75) with holes in cover assembly (34) as shown in Illustration 52. Secure cover assembly (34) using four bolts (36). Refer to Illustration 53.Installing Strainer
