Apply the parking brake.
Install the frame lock pin (1 ) in the hole that is provided in the articulation yoke (2) .

Right side of engine compartment (3) Pressure test port (4) Adjustment screw
Install a pressure gauge at test port (3). The pressure gauge needs to cover a range of 0 to 25000 kPa (3600 psi). The pressure gauge measures the pressure setting for the steering unloading valve.
Start the engine. Run the engine at 2200 rpm.
Turn the steering wheel to the left until the steering relief valve opens. Record the reading on the gauge. The correct pressure for the relief valve is 18950 690 kPa (2750 100 psi).
If the pressure in step 5 is not correct, loosen the locknut on unloading adjustment screw (4). Turn screw (4) clockwise in order to increase the pressure. Turn adjustment screw (4) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure.
Once the pressure is correct, tighten the locknut on adjustment screw (4). Remove the tooling.
