Interface Requirements
A laptop computer with a serial port and Cat Web GPI software and a 245-4121 Communication Cable Install Cat Web GPI software on your laptop computer. Web GPI software is found on SIS under "Highlights/ Downloads/Web GPI 2.11".From the same location, install the S0786100.zip file.Install the S00570210.zip file for CS/P-5xxE and CS/P-6xxE. Installation of the S00570210.zip file is required to complete Step 1.Procedure to Update Software
Note: The following screen may change with the use of new software versions.

Open WebGPI.
Click "Connect" button (1) and "Application" button (2) in order to connect with the variable frequency controller.Note: An error will occur if software S00570210 is not installed. Refer to "Interface Requirements" for more information.

Open "Output" folder (4).
Click on "ValveObj" button (6) .
Refer to "Output Min (Thresholds)" (5) and "Output Max (Thresholds)" (7) .
Record the values for "Forward" and "Reverse". These values will be required for Step 17.
Click "Disconnect" button (3) .

Flash updated software S0786100 into the variable frequency controller. Click the "Download" button (8) .Note: Ignore the "No Micro Selected" warning.
Select controller "HC08A" (9) .
Search the program files for "S5-SX-0786100.HEX" (11). The file may also be located under the "Sauer-Danfoss" folder (12) .
Press "Download" (10) in order to flash the updated software into the machine controller.
When the download is complete, click the "Exit" button.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and then turn the ignition switch to the ON position.Note: Do not start the engine.
Click "Connect" button (1) and then click "Application" button (2) on the WebGPI screen.

Press "Press All Defaults" button (15) .
Repeat Step 13 and Step 14.
Refer to the settings that were recorded in Step 6. Input the recorded values in "Output Min (Thesholds)" (13) and "Output Max (Thesholds)" (14) .
Press the "Send" button (16) .Note: The new software has a fixed calibration for the potentiometer. The potentiometer will not require calibration.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. Remove the 245-4121 Communication Cable from connector "N-C5". Install the receptacle in connector "N-C5".
Install the molded plastic cover on the console.
Install the panel on the operator console.
Start the machine and test the operation of the vibratory system.
In order to start the vibratory system, press the vibratory on/off control. In order to stop the vibratory system, press the vibratory on/off control. In order to operate the vibratory system, the following conditions must be met:
Select either the Low Amplitude position or the High Amplitude position.
Place the throttle control in the HIGH position.
The vibratory system may be quickly changed from high amplitude to low amplitude at any time. It is not necessary to press the vibratory ON/OFF control in order to change vibratory amplitude.
