1. Fasten a hoist to trunnion (1) and remove the bolts that hold it to the roller frame. 2. Install three 1/2 " - 13 NC forcing screws (2) and tighten them evenly to loosen trunnion (1) from the roller frame.3. Remove trunnion (1) from the roller frame. The weight of trunnion (1) is 38 kg (83 lb). 4. If necessary, remove retainer (4) and bearing (3) from trunnion (1). The following steps are for installation of the trunnions.5. If a replacement of bearing (3) is needed, heat the bearing to 165° C (329° F) and install it on trunnion (1).6. Install retainer (4) on trunnion (1). Tighten the bolts that hold the retainer to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).7. Put trunnion (1) on the roller frame and install the bolts to hold it in position.End By:a. install bulldozer
