The addition of the wear blocks improves the durability and reliability of the recoil rod.Note: If the machine is undergoing an undercarriage rebuild and the support blocks are not installed, it is recommended to add the support blocks at this time.Adaptable To: The Special Instruction referenced above provides instructions and the parts necessary to provide support and improve alignment between the track adjuster group and the recoil spring group. The Special Instruction referenced above is adaptable to the machines within the listed serial numbers and the wear block installation on the production line is effective with the machines after the listed serial numbers.The Special Instruction is available through the normal service literature distribution system.
