Refer to the engine's Disassembly and Assembly manual.
Remove the old NRS cooler and replace with a new NRS cooler.
Make sure when refilling the engine with coolant that the vent line is properly connected and not plugged. Run the engine for several minutes to allow for any air that may be trapped to escape prior to returning it back to service.
