Make all adjustments with the engine OFF.1. Check each implement valve (6) to be sure the valve spool is in the NEUTRAL detent position.2. Remove rod end yoke (8) from valve shaft (7).3. Loosen nut (5) and adjust rod end yoke (8) onto cable assembly (3) to obtain dimension (G) of 15.5 1.5 mm (.61 .06 in). Once dimension (G) is obtained tighten nut (5) to a torque of 8 5 N m (71 44 lb in). Install rod end yoke (8) to valve shaft (7).4. Loosen nuts (9) and adjust cable assembly (3) to obtain dimension (F) of 17.5 1.5 mm (.69 .06 in). Once dimension (F) is obtained tighten nuts (9) to a torque of 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft).5. Remove rod end (4) from lever (1).6. Loosen nut (5) and adjust rod end (4) onto cable assembly (3) to obtain dimension (E) of 15.5 1.5 mm (.61 .06 in). Once dimension (E) is obtained tighten nut (5) to a torque of 8 5 N m (71 44 lb in). Install rod end (4) to lever (1).7. Loosen nuts (2) and adjust cable assembly (3) to obtain dimension (D) of 17.5 mm (.69 in). Once dimension (D) is obtained tighten nuts (2) to a torque of 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft).8. Repeat Steps 2 through 7 for each implement valve (6) and lever (1).9. Check to ensure all four lever positions on each lever (1) can be obtained with clearance at each end of the slot. If necessary adjust dimension (D) as required to obtain clearance.10. Check to see that the LOWER detent position can be obtained with float lockouts engaged.
