Procedure to Adjust the Machine Setup
Use the following procedure for the listed serial numbers as mentioned in Table 1:

Access the machine software using either the 421-5320 Cable Kit with the 517-9882 Software, or the 330-5251 Controller Kit.
Navigate to "Machine Setup" and record all the settings in case they are needed for future reference.
Navigate to "Access Level" and input the code 33271 so you are Access Level 2. Use caution as you will now be able to change settings. There will also now be additional items in the menus.
Navigate to "Machine Setup- Precision Lowering." Change it from Yes to No. Exit "Machine Setup."
Turn the key OFF. Wait for 5 minutes.
Turn the key ON.
Confirm the machine now functions correctly.
