PROBLEM:
The 2A-6908 Cylinder Gp is subject to an undetermined failure. The cylinder is part of the Console Gp - Operator. The cylinders must be returned for analysis in order to determine the root cause of the failure.
SOLUTION:
Package any failed cylinder appropriately. Ship the failed cylinder to the following address:
