To prevent possible personal injury, make sure the pressure in the air system is zero before any air lines are disconnected.
3. Disconnect air line (3) from the master cylinder and rotochamber.4. Disconnect oil lines (4) and (5) from the master cylinder and rotochamber.5. Disconnect the electrical connector going to switch (7).6. Fasten a hoist to master cylinder and rotochamber (2). Remove three bolts (6) and remove master cylinder and rotochamber (2). The weight of the master cylinder and rotochamber is 34 kg (75 lb). The following steps are for installation of the brake master cylinder and rotochamber.7. Put master cylinder and rotochamber (2) in position on the frame, and install three bolts (6) that hold it.8. Reconnect the electrical connector going to switch (7).9. Connect oil lines (4) and (5) and air line (3) to the master cylinder and rotochamber.10. Fill the brake oil makeup tank with oil to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.11. Bleed the air from the brake system. See Testing And Adjusting for the correct procedure to bleed the brake system.
