This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3013" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3013" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Line relief valves may not work correctly on certain 325B L, 325B LN, 330B L and 330B LN Excavators. The valve may open at a too high pressure even if it has been correctly set within specifications. A new valve group needs to be installed.

Rework Procedure
1. Position the machine on level ground, attach a vacuum to the hydraulic tank be prepared to catch hydraulic oil spills that may occur.2. Replace the line relief valves of the boom cylinder rod end, bucket cylinder head end, bucket cylinder rod end, stick cylinder head end, stick cylinder rod end, auxiliary circuit (if equipped), with new ones.3. Adjust the new line relief valves refer to the Testing and Adjusting section of the SENR1655 or SENR9280 Service Manual. See Illustration 1. If the machine is equipped with the stick lowering check valve arrangement, the stick cylinder rod end line relief valve is part of the stick lowering check valve and there is no need to replace it (machines in Groups B and D).
The number of 1163600 Valve Groups needed depends on the machine configuration. See the chart below:
