Remove the protective cover (1) .
Remove the primary fuel filter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Priming Pump - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

Remove tube assemblies (2), (3) and (4) from the engine.
Remove the old canister for the secondary fuel filter. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel System Secondary Filter - Replace" for the correct procedure.
Remove the existing secondary fuel filter base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Filter Base - Remove and Install (Secondary Fuel Filter)" for the correct procedure.Installation Procedure
