Apply 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of Tooling (C) . Install Tooling (C) . Remove collet (15) .Note: If the pin is free, the pin may be forced out of the bore by the forcing bolts at this time.

Use Tooling (D) to remove pin (16) . The weight of the pin assembly is 55 kg (120 lb).

If pin (16) (not shown) requires hydraulic removal, install Tooling (E) , as shown. Attach Tooling (E) to a suitable hoist. Remove the pin assembly. The weight of the pin assembly is 55 kg (120 lb).

Position tilt cylinder (11) upward, as shown. Secure tilt cylinder (11) to the ROPS.

Slowly release Tooling (B) from lever and bearing assembly (10) .

Remove five bolts (17) , the washers, and the spacers in order to remove guard assembly (18) .

Remove bolt (19) , the washer, and the clip assembly.
Disconnect hose assembly (20) .

Remove bolt (21) , the washers, and the nut.

Fasten a suitable lifting sling to lever and bearing assembly (10) . The weight of the lever and bearing assembly is 2204 kg (4860 lb).

Apply 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of Tooling (C) . Install Tooling (C) . Remove collet (22) .

Apply 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of Tooling (F) . Install Tooling (F) . Remove collet (23) .Note: If the pin is free, the pin may be forced out of the bore by the forcing bolts at this time.

Use Tooling (D) to remove pin (24) . The weight of the pin is 110 kg (243 lb).
Remove the lever and bearing assembly. The weight of the lever and bearing assembly is 2204 kg (4850 lb).

Remove two seals (25) from lever and bearing assembly.

Install Tooling (G) in order to remove sleeve bearing (26) (not shown). Remove sleeve bearing (26) (not shown).
If necessary, repeat the procedure for the remaining lever and bearing assembly.
