Modify six 8T-1447 Bolts to the following dimensions. If preferred, 202-6450 Bolts can be used in place of the 8T-1447 Bolts.
Machine threads to an M12x1.75 pitch. Note that both the top and bottom of the bolt will need to be modified to allow enough depth on the head of the bolt to tighten with an allen wrench.

Modified parts should look like the following.

Apply a suitable adhesive (such as Loctite 271) to bolt threads and fasten the thrust washers to the planetary carriers. Tighten bolts by hand to approximately 50Nm.
Verify that the heads of the bolts are at least 2mm below the top of the thrust washer. This clearance will allow the thrust washer to wear normally without allowing the bolts to contact the final drive cover.
Verify that the heads of the bolts do not contact the machined surface on the thrust washer. The clamp force should not go through the thrust washers. Rather, the machined shoulder on each bolt should be clamped to the planetary carrier. To check, verify that the gap between the thrust washer tab and the planetary carrier is at least 3mm.

Install the final drive cover on both rear final drives. Replace the 150-8791 O-ring when installing the cover.
