Fasten straps to both sides of idler (12). Support idler (12) with a hoist.
Install idler (12) and the yoke to the original location. The weight of the idler and the yoke is approximately 263 kg (580 lb).
Install pin (13). Install the nut and retaining bolt (11) .

Install three bolts (10) .

Install bolts (7) and the washers that hold the top part of guard assembly (8) .
Install bolts (9) and the washers on both sides of guard assembly (8) .

Install bolts (6), the washers and guard assembly (5) to the track roller frame.

Install guard assembly (1) on the track roller frame.
Install two bolts (3), the two washers and bar (4) on guard assembly (5). Install bolts (2) and the washers on guard assembly (1) .End By: Connect the tracks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tracks - Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
