Introduction
The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.Problem
Some rubber tracks have been known to interfere with the frame of the chassis after the machine is in operation. Running the machine in reverse is known to cause the issue to happen more frequently.Solution
The following solution should eliminate the interference between the track and the frame of the chassis. The procedure below describes one roller frame. The procedure should be performed on both roller frames.Note: Before you perform the following procedure, make sure that no parts of the undercarriage are bent. Make sure that the track frame is aligned with the machine frame. Make sure that the track frames are not pointing inward.

Remove the undercarriage from the front axle and the rear axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4874, "Undercarriage - Remove and Install" or Disassembly and Assembly, URENR0251, "Undercarriage - Remove and Install". Retain washer (6). Discard bolt (5) and spring pin (7).

Place 212-6686 Spacer (1) onto the front axle and rear axle next to the spacer that is already on the machine.
Slide the undercarriage onto the front axle and onto the rear axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4874, "Undercarriage - Remove and Install" or Disassembly and Assembly, URENR0251, "Undercarriage - Remove and Install".
Place two washers (4) onto the end of each axle. Secure two washers (4) with 8T-4648 Bolt (2), 7D-2347 Spring Pin (3), and washer (6).
