A FT-2674 Vacuum Cap 1 Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.

Remove the breather from the hydraulic tank. Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose to Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1).
Disconnect harness assemblies (2) (not shown).
Remove the bolts and remove differential lock control valve (3) from the machine. Installation Procedure
Install differential lock control valve (3) in the reverse order of removal. Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the differential lock control valve.

Remove fittings (1) and the O-ring seals from differential lock control valve (2).

Remove pressure sensor (3) and the O-ring seal.

Remove nut (4), solenoid coil (5), and the cartridge. Assembly Procedure

Install the cartridge, solenoid coil (5), and nut (4).

Install the O-ring seal and pressure sensor (3).

Install the O-ring seals and fittings (1) into differential lock control valve (2). End By:
Install the differential lock control valve.
