SUPPORT AS 2455405 - Caterpillar

Place one rectangular seal (7) between adapter (8) and the oil filter assembly. Place one O-ring seal (6), and one bypass valve (G) between hose assembly (M) and adapter (8). Secure hose assembly (N) to the oil filter base through two half flanges (H) by using four bolts (5) and four washers (L) .

Install elbow assembly (9) into the bottom of adapter (8) that connects to hose assembly (N) .

Assemble tee assembly (10) by inserting one O-ring seal (23) and two O-ring seals (22) onto tee (21) .

For machines that are equipped with the 193-6294 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp , install hose assembly (12) between elbow assembly (9) and tee assembly (10). Refer to Table 2 and Table 1 for additional information.For machines that are equipped with the 245-0898 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp , install hose assembly (13) between elbow assembly (9) and tee assembly (10). Refer to Table 2 and Table 1 for additional information.

Install hose assembly (14) into tee assembly (10) .
Install the other end of hose assembly (14) into the tee assembly that is shown in Illustration 10.

Secure hose assembly (14) by using one clip (15), one clip (16), and one grommet (17). Use the existing bolt and the existing washer in order to secure clip (15) and clip (16) .Secure the remainder of hose assembly (14) by using the hardware that was removed in Step 19 and Step 20 of the ""Removal Procedure"" section.
Fill the system and check for leaks. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, SEBU7792, "793D Off-Highway Truck", "Hoist and Brake tank Oil - Change".
