Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove screws (1) and screws (3). Move floor mat (4) out of the way. Cut cable straps (7) and position harness assembly (8) out of the way. Remove screws (5). Remove cover (2) and panel (6).

Disconnect harness assemblies (10). Remove screws (9) from each side of instrument panel (11). Remove instrument panel (11) from cover (2).Installation Procedure
Install instrument panel (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten screws (9) to a torque of 1.70 2.04 N m (15.05 18.06 lb in).
Tighten screws (1), (3), and (5) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
