Remove the front and the rear plastic console.
Loosen the two bolts (4) .
Remove the two bolts (2) and washers (3) .
Rotate both of the universal joint assemblies (1) toward the center 45 degrees.
Replace bolts (2) and washers (3) in the third hole.
Tighten both bolts (4) and (2) .

Loosen the four nuts (5) .
Make sure that all four rods are located in the second set of holes in the hat.
Adjust the levers so that the levers are vertical by turning the lower half of the straight ball joint.
Tighten the four nuts (5) .
Remove the four bolts (6) and washers (7) .
Switch the lever (8) with lever (9) .Note: The label with "X" should face the operator.
Bolt the levers (8) down using (6) bolts and washers (7). Use the second pair of holes without the slot.Note: Four 5C-7261 Nuts are required as the nuts are not supplied as standard parts.
